Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account with ring77. Opening duplicate accounts, using false identities, or allowing third parties to access your Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and fund forfeiture.
You must not be registered with any gambling self-exclusion program or database. If you have previously self-excluded from ring77 or any other gambling operator, you are prohibited from registering a new Account during your exclusion period.

You warrant that all funds deposited to your ring77 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. ring77 reserves the right to request proof of funds for large or suspicious transactions. Deposits from third-party sources (accounts not in your name) will be rejected and returned minus any processing fees.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited instantly during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). Deposits outside banking hours may be processed within 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. ring77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
ring77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Unusual deposit patterns or withdrawal requests without reasonable wagering activity will trigger enhanced due diligence reviews and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
To request a withdrawal from your ring77 Account, you must:

Standard withdrawals to verified Accounts are processed within 1-24 hours for amounts up to Rp 10,000,000. Larger withdrawals may require additional security review and processing time of up to 72 hours. ring77 processes withdrawals during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ring77 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for all third-party fees associated with receiving funds.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. This anti-money laundering requirement prevents ring77 from being used as a funds transfer service. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible (account closed, method no longer available), ring77 will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative method after enhanced verification.
ring77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users. Participation in any bonus program is subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. Bonuses are available only to Users who meet eligibility criteria, which may include account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before funds become withdrawable. Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount. Example: A Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting varies by odds. Full contribution rates are published with each bonus offer.
While clearing bonus wagering requirements, maximum bet is limited to Rp 50,000 per wager. Exceeding this limit will result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
ring77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns, hedge betting across multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively for low-risk betting strategies, and any other activity we deem contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses expire 30 days after issuance. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited and removed from your Account automatically.
All bets placed on ring77 are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bets are placed correctly before confirmation. ring77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, system malfunction, or where incorrect odds were displayed due to technical issues.
Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules published on ring77's sports betting pages. Results are determined based on official league or competition rulings. ring77 is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party decisions regarding match outcomes, player statistics, or event cancellations. If an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours, all bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in specific sport rules.
Togel results are determined by official draws from the respective lottery pools (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau). Draw times and bet cutoff times are published on ring77 and displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). To the maximum extent permitted by law, ring77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. Legitimately won funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding fees or chargebacks. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. ring77 may retain funds if termination results from breach of Terms, pending investigation, or as required by law.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. ring77 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of remaining balance (whichever is less) after 12 months of inactivity. You will receive email notification 30 days before dormancy fees commence.
If you have a complaint regarding ring77 Services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with detailed description of the issue. Our support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to our management team.
ring77 maintains comprehensive logs of all transactions, bets, game outcomes, and Account activities. In the event of a dispute, ring77's records shall be considered final and binding unless proven otherwise. You agree that ring77's decision on any dispute is final.
All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction or event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
